I'm very active person ... sleeps very little each day ... and can still a wake for 24 hours but when I have an exam the next day I feel very sleepy especially when I hold my book to study ??? and when I leave it and watch movie...

sreenidhi during other days we dont have any work,study to do.. once the book come into our hands we feel like to finish some task with the time deadline. then we start thinking if i fifnt finish this ? slowly the sleepy mood... well its my experince..!!
