and you get the choice of keeping either the body or the mind of a 30-year-old. Would you chose body or mind?
I would chose the mind of a 30-year-old because in my opinion, your physical appearance isn't as important as your brain. I think it would be cool to be 90 years old and not memory problems or any mind-problem.
Which you you choose?

i choose nothing,i think.i love the natural life evolve which shouldnt be changed by people.actually,we also can do nothing even we may get the choice of keeping either the body or the mind of a 30 years old, because the condition of brain cant seperate from the body,it is obviously no significance if we force to seperate it from each other.

Seriously, once you get to be 90 years old it is your body that goes out on you and I do not mean looks. I mean it does not work right, your organs start to shut down, you lose your ability to walk, you lose so many things. and well would you really want the mind of a 30 year old in a body that no longer worked. I will take the knowledge I learn over the years and have the mind of a 90 year old and body of a 30 year old please

I work in a retirement home, so I see the whole big picture, and I would like to have the mind of a 30 year old. As far as my body there are many things that I can do to help myself. There is eating right, exercise, natural procedures etc. i will do all that I have to so that I will be in the best overall health that I can be at 90.

I would also choose to have the mind of a 30 year old and, with any luck, I will be able to keep my mind sharp as I age. Your brain is like any other part of your body and, as long as you use it, it won't deteriorate...unless you have a disease. When I was in college there was an 85 year old woman in one of my classes. She was as sharp as a tack and she credited her good mental condition to her continuing education.

hey your question is contradicting... because our brain is a physical part of the body.. as long as you are healthy physically, you can have the healthy memory except that you have mental disorders... at the age of 90, you chose only mind but not the body, that is impossible.. if you're body is so weak, brain is also a physical part so it will affect your memory too..
for me having a body of a 30-year old is the best option..
