Exercising daily an hour gives a good fitness and shape to our body.It not only gives good fitness but also it's very good for health. We can over come through many pains and problems by duing exercises every day. Yoga is also a very best method to gain fitness and health to our body. But only thing is that we have to do it regularly by taking advise of good practitioner. That is always better thing to visit a practitioner and then start doing exercise or yoga.

I don't go everyday. I go to the gym about 5 times a week. My "free" days usually fall after weightlifting days to rest my muscles.
But I always try to do some extra exercise every day. For example, I will always walk up the stairs, maybe go to the mall on the weekend and walk around for about 30 minutes, take a walk in the park and bring my camera with me to shoot photos and housework is always a great way to exercise.

I'll do exercise every morning in the park near our home. i hour walking and jogging. than after that I'll do weigh lifting for 30 minutes. In yoga I never tried it maybe because there is no training center near our place. But if there is available here in my place i may be interested too.

I exercise daily. Strenuous and physically demanding exercies. Even when I have pulled or strained muscles, even when I have sprained ankles or joints. I also use one aparatus for all this joint popping muscle straining exercise. It's called a pole. I like to practice about an hour to an hour and a half a day, sometimes longer sometimes less. I have been doing it at home just for fitness for just about 2 months. I did it for years in clubs and then quit about 2 years ago. Then I started gaining weight so I am back at it.

I am doing it since 9 years. But the menu has very few exercises.
Thats sufficient to be fit, I believe.

Well, I don't exercise, as in sit ups and pull ups and things of that nature. But I do exercise regularly and daily with walking, taking my granddaughter to the park and playing with her, gardening. It helps with my back pain. If I don't keep up, my back will kill me. The more active I am, the better I feel.
