How do you know that you're really fed up?

Yes I have been there, many times. What I normally do is find someone I can talk to, someone that I can trust that I can just get it all out. If you are at that point you need to find someone that you can communicate with, a stranger, a counsler someone you can trust all this with.

I am actually at that point right now. I hibernate. Don't bother talking to anyone or doing anything. In about a day of doing nothing and just hiding I come out of my space and actually have figured out what to do to deal with situation(s) head on.

Yep, going through that very same thing right now. I don't know how much more I can stand to be honest lol. I just keep chugging along, and keep telling myself it's got to get better, and I know it will...eventually. It really sucks for me, I moved a few years back, and I have no friends at all to talk to. I'm a loner anyway, but it'd still be nice to have at least one person to confide everything in and reassure me that yes, things will start looking up. Like the saying goes, life gives you lemons-what do you do? No, you don't make lemonade, you grab the tequila and the salt :)
