where first? hot discussions? or no responses?

its always i logged in here by the notification email sent to me by mylot from a response made to my discussion or response, and after responding to that the next thing i do is i check no responses, if ever i cant find any discussion that i like there, then i go to new user, then recent, then new, then interests... and so on and so forth, i always go back to new response to check if there's a new post there. i prefer responding to those first.

I like to read the newer discussions first. Once I run out of those (because I spend way too much time here!) I go on to the discussions with no reponses. I know how frustrating it is to have no one respond to my discussions, so I try to give everyone I can a response! The other reason I avoid the discussions with so many responses is that I dont want to read them all before I post my response! Call me lazy, but it is the truth! Besides, I figure I will probably end up repeating what someone else said anyway. The exception to that is when I feel very strongly about a subject or think I have some really, really good advice! I dont think it really matters what you do, as long as you are enjoying yourself! Happy myLotting and welcome!

I first read a discussion and then respond to it. It doesn't matter whether there are 0 responses or 20 responses. If the discussion topic is really good and I can write nicely about it, only then I respond to it. Its good that you respond to discussions which has 0 responses.

Hi, that's really good of you to choose for those no responses and leave your comments there. I know the feeling of it when your topics are not getting any responses from anyone. I've a few topics here which also receive little responses (so far no one with zero response yet), so i think i'll like you to comment on them too, if you like,thanks. :) For me, i'll usually first look for those hot topics or today's top. In my opinion, those topics must be quite interesting that it can attract so many people to leave their comments. So, i'll usually go for this type of topics, then followed by the topics of my interest or my friends' started. Once in a while i will go to those topic with no responses too and leave my comment if i can.

I would always go to the hot responses first, because there, someone will most likely respond to my post and such...

I have only been here for over a week and I am still getting familiar with the site on it's entirety. First place I head over is the discussions section and then over to hot discussions to see what popular discussions are going on at the very moment. I see if there is one of interest or one I can add my insight on and contribute something of quality. There's a lot of factors in play so all in all depending on where I want to go on the site first to jump right into doing replies.

I usually go to both, today's top discussion first and then New and then No respond discussion. And the most thing I do is friends' discussion.

That depends on if you want to collect "best responses" or not. I've noticed that many people who start discussions don't bother waiting for more than a couple before they give the "best response" icon. If you care about receiving those, go for the no response category.

Don't worry about the number of responces because the only one that counts is yours. I start at the left and work my way across spending most of my time with my own discussions and friends. Welcome to the lot!

Hello, Welcome to Mylot! Mylot is a very fun and rewarding place to be. I have noticed that new My Lotters get a nice number of responces, I don't know if that is because the person is new or not, but it sure is a good thing for the new My Lotter, because you get paid for the responces that you receive to your disscussions, I also find that new My Lotters always have intresting topics, that they start, so I try to read them and respond to their dissussion. Hot discussions first had a really on the move to discussions. While to that of no responses is for it to be on top if also being read upon.

I generally look into "no response" area as soon as i'm done with my discussions. There are a lot of newbies and i feel responding to them will make their day. Then i hop into the hot discussions and respond to those that interest me :) Happy my lotting.

i go for the most popular discussion 1st, then i go to the recent and later, my friends discussion. Lastly i'l go to the newly created discussions

I am new to mylots and am still learning. I read most of the responses from this discussion now I have some new ways to choose my discussion. I usally read the list and respond to the ones that interest me most first then decide which other was I want to respond after that.

First let me welcome you to our little home here..I start out with my friends discussions and then hop around to new users and give a few welcomes and then hop around to the others like no responses, new, hot and so forth...and then as the day goes on I just hop around everywhere....Happy Posting.

I usually respond to discussions of my interest. When it's over, I'll select the discussions tab, first select today's top and respond to those discussions. Then I'll move on to discussions that have no response and respond to them. I love responding to these kind of discussions as I too have many discussions without responses!

Halo soumshp, How about me? hmmm...first time when i am log in, i look at the title post that pull and interest me to give response. So, no matter if the topic discussion is hot topic or not, i always give my response (like this one here).. And, Why am i response it for you, now? Because i like it. I want it.
