Do you use public rest rooms?

Public rest rooms can be a life saver when you are out and need to go urgently but some of them can be so unsanitary. I am often scared to use them and prefer to hold out until I get home depending on where I am. I even choose to not eat or drink to avoid having to go. There are too many health risks to take the chance. Would you guys use a public rest room?

I use it, when it is necessary to use, because it is better to move waste, than sacrifice our self to leads us to diseases, you manage your self and take care not to sit to the bowl it self, you can wipe first the bowl with tissues then you can use it, or just you can up your two feet on a bowl then you can pee in it.
