How make our teeth more whitening with some home make things.I dont have much money to go for a dentist checkup.

The following ideas are cheap and supposed to help whiten teeth:
Teaspoon of lemon juice and tsp of salt. Mix into a paste and apply to your teeth.
Brushing your teeth with baking soda is supposed to make them really white. Apparently it tastes awful though so maybe mix it with something i.e. lemon juice to make it taste nicer.
Eating vegetables such as broccoli and carrots are good for cleaning teeth as they are naturally abrasive.

All you need is a strawberry & 1/2 tsp baking soda. Crush the strawberry to a pulp then mix with baking soda till blended. Use a soft tooth brush to spread it on your teeth. Leave it on your teeth for 5 minutes then brush your teeth with tooth paste. Rinse. ( you can use floss to get rid of the seeds ) Use it once a week.

Well, there are many options you can use at home for whitening your teeth. Neem works great for whiter teeth. Also it is natural and you can get it easily. You can also use white salt with mustard oil and brush it everyday. In few days your teeth will become white.
