In your neighborhood does your neighbors barking dog really bother you? Or is it only when your trying to sleep or is it in the day time also? Could it just be something else for society to gripe about?

Wvgal_5165 I can't think of anytime I've been in that kind of situation but, I'm a picture takeing fool & I would have had to stop and got myself a pic..lol I most likely would have tried to help the poor thing. Taking no chances on getting sprayed of coarse.
