Well, after two and a half months of separation from my husband I have finally been replaced - by a dog! I found this to be funny. My stepdaughter bought he daddy a dog. Funny, this man never did anything for the two we had. Never walked them, bathed them, fed them. Get the picture. So now he has a dog to take care of, LOL! This is the guy who could not keep his wife, so maybe he should have a dog? Guess we won't be reconciling any time soon. Three dogs between us would be just too much.

Hi jillmalitz, since this funny situation happened two months back, I hope the attitude of your husband has become better at the moment.
Due to what your stepdaughter knowing that her father had never taken any care on the two dogs you all had before, she then bought him a dog to take care of. It seems that she wants to give her dad a lesson. Yeah, most probably she hopes that the job of taking care of the dog would make him to realize that how hard and strenuous as well to take care of someone. Hopefully this would help him to understand your situation and would change his thinking and attitude and would treat you better finally
Happy posting and take care.

The b!tch! lol (is the dog female?)
Won't it be interesting to see if he actually learns how to care for his new pet?
It may help him to grow up a bit...

Thanks for the laugh! Actually the dog is male. I wonder if he will learn any thing. Thanks for responding.

Wow a dog? i bet he can be pissed too if he doesn't take care of the dog. things that happen to every men who gets really old. i bet he'll be happy because the dog will be loyal to him at all times. it's his choice anyways.

I guess my stepdaughter thought he needed company and something to do at night. Thanks.
