How can I get many responses on my disscussion ???

first of all welcome to mylot..... well the secret is, don't start a discussion which you like........start one which you feel everyone would like and would like to talk about.......you are new here so it would take some time for you to learn what people usually like to talk about... Secondly post your discussion in the correct interest group......like if you want to discuss about computers don't initiate a discussion in people try putting it in computers interest group where people would love to talk about computers.....like eg:- the discussion which you have initiated would have been better if you would have posted it in mylot interest group.,.....not your fault though you will learn as and when you post things here......... I'd like to tell you a few tips : write something that people will be attracted to make alot of friends so they will see your posts in their home page choose the time at which u think that a lot of people are active online every 30 minutes refresh your post by rating or adding comments to it hope you will find these helpful have a nice day

The best way to get more responses is by using titles which grab hold of the reader and make them want to read it, no actually they don't want to read they HAVE to read it. I started 1 discussion so far and didn't get that many responses, don't get jelous, just keep trying!! Choose a topic that you think that the other users will be experts, for example if you talk about making money online choose a simple question which you know everyone would know the answer to.
