LISTEN TO RELAXATION CDs
AVOIDE BEFORE BED SNACKS, PARTICULARLY GRAINS AND SUGARS
SLEEP IN COMPLETE DARKNESS OR AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE
NO TV RIGHT BEFORE BED
WEAR SOCKS TO BED
READ SOMETHING SPIRITUAL OR RELIGIOUS
EAT A HIGH PROTEIN SNACK SEVERAL HOURS BEFORE BED
ALSO EAT A SMALL PIECE OF FRUIT
AVOIDE CAFFEINE
DONT CHANGE YOUR BED TIME
GO TO THE BATHROOM RIGHT BEFORE BED

Yes, thanks for the awesome messages. I do this things And I sleep well. I counting on blessings in life instead of sheep. It's feel great and rewarding. I avoided citrus fruit or acidic food or drink, soda not good, too. Banana is best and a glass of water will do. Awesome!
