I think that if I were in your place I would look for some jobs that are available and which you think they are ideal for you. Then if you are accepted and hired, you just quit the company you are working for. I know its not easy to change job but i also know that when the conditions at work arent as they should be, is also a bad thing which gets you bored. From personal experience I know what it means. I had a job for 2 months but when I saw and notice the conditions I was working in, I decided to quit without having another job at the side. But I was angry because I was working so many hours for nothing. At the time I didnt have expenses etc so I afforded to do so since I still live with my parents and I had something apart. But in your case, I think you should try and look for a good job and then if you get hired you just leave this job. Goodluck & wish you all the best!

You could very well try to get another job before you quit the job you have now. You don't want to just quit and end up unemployed. If you get another job, you should also be sure that the new job will give you steady work before you quit your current job.

I think you should look for another job but carry on with the one you have for now .. Its always easier to get work while you are in work .. Look for other work places that would suit you and give in your details , when there is a vacancy ask them to let you know .. These are difficlt times all over the world .. good luck *

If I were you I'd start looking for a new job. Work becomes real work if you don't enjoy it. There is no harm in looking. If there are jobs out there that you find and have potential, then interview for them. You don't have to tell your employer until you've actually decided you are quitting and then give them at least 2 weeks notice. With the economy the way it is right now jobs are hard to find. But I say if you can find another one that you think will make you happier - then go for it! :-) Good Luck!

There is nothing wrong with changing jobs, but do not quit your current job till you have a new one. That is the key.
My husband just went through this, he interviewed with the company he got hired with six different times, but it was well worth the tine and effort he put into it.
His old company did not treat him well, and appears to be on a fast down hill track.
