I like seeing movies, and i see a lot of movies every month.Usually ,i wacth movies on my computer ,for there are all kinds of movies that i like on the internet,it is really convenient. But when there are some big movies are on,i would like to see them at the cinema ,because those movies like Titanic are so spectacular that only if we wacth it in the cinema,we can enjoy it thoroughly. But you know, the movie ticket is not so cheap,so i usually go to movies twice a month.
What about you ,my friends?Do you like seeing movies?Do you like seeing movies in the cinema?then how often? Thanks for sharing with us.

when i was living and working in another city, my friends and i used to watch a movie 2-3 times a week when we are not travelling. it was like bonding time with my two male buddies because they both didn't have a girlfriend at the time and i didn't have a boyfriend back then either. the three of us were so immersed in our work and constant travelling, that watching a movie was like a special treat for us.
but when i moved to the other side of the country and changed companies, i missed going to the cinemas partly because of the expensive cost of living in the city i moved in. from 2-3 times a week, it was reduced to perhaps once a month.
but now, due to the crazy schedule i had and family affairs i need to straighten out, i haven't gone to a movie house in several months already... perhaps close to a year. i can't even remember the last movie i had seen in the cinema. i never seem to miss them though because of the cable tv and dvd copies i get from my brothers.
tomorrow, i'll break the dry spell by going to the movies with a friend i haven't seen for quite some time. hope there are good choices currently being shown. hehe
i agree, there really are certain movies that are much better seen in the cinema... digital surround and all, better movie watching experience. i remembered titanic before... i watched 3 times in cinema with 3 different companion, and 4 times in the video copy... all in the same week. haha

Wow,thanks for your long responding,lady. :)
Watching movies in the cinema is indeed an exciting experience, otherwise, there would not be so many people go to the movies with such an expensive movie ticket.
But actually, there are a lot of movies that are not worth seeing at the cinema, like those B-movies,we can watch them at home.Of course ,if you are a millionaire, you can just sleep in the cinema every day. lol.
Ok,have a nice day ,friend, and i am going to have my dinner now.

oh, i'm definitely not a millionaire in the US$ standard. but i do have about a million indonesian rupiah in my wallet right now. hehe
we often went out to see a movie before because we didn't have much time to do much if we only have 2-3 hours to spare during our free time. since my friends and i were not into sports, clubbing and drinking or shopping or other stuff... movie watching was all the 3 of us are commonly interested in aside from going to restaurants.
sorry for the long post. i usually post this way.

hey,why should you be sorry for the long post, actually i really appreciate that.
I think watching movies and reading books are both very good habit,we can always learn a lot from them.
And i don't drink too, apparently, it is too bad for our health.
No matter which kind of money you possess, after all you have a million,so you are indeed a millionaire.hoho.Have a nice day.

well, by now i seldom go to the movies and have a date with my boyfriend. because of hectic schedules and sometimes not enough savings for it! but i do watch some movies on cable and on dvd's! thats the nice way to stay home and watch your favorite movies. but when i wanted it to be on the big screen. i would save some of my earnings for that movie.
thanks friend

Watching movies at home with a big TV screen is also a nice choice,i enjoy that too. When i am alone,i used to watch movies a home,it is a totally different experience from wathing movies in a cinema.
And one good thing for that is we can really save our money from the expensive movie ticket. :)

I would really like to watch movies at the ciname, most often, I would like to watch it with friends so that we could talk about the movie after we watch it. Unfortunately, I have watched movies by myself a couple of times and, not that its really something to be down about, its just lacking when you can don't have someone you know with you while watching it at the cinemas.
Most often, the ones that I get to watch through DVDs or through the computer doesn't have that much appeal compared to the ones that we get to see at the cinemas. I remember that we usually have to hold ourselves from going to the rest room so that we wouldn't miss anything from watching the film but, when your just watching it at home, you can easily pause the movie and do anything else that you have to do and come back when you do have time to continue. (^_^")
Call it an advantage but, its simply not the same when you go the the big screens.

I agree with you, watching movies in on the big screens is more exciting than we watch it at home. But ,on our computers ,we can watch it over and over again and don't cost a fortune, they are just two different choices.
However ,i don't mind watching movies alone at the cinema,i even somewhat enjoy it.
When i am alone,i feel very peaceful and can think of something better.
Well,thinks for you sharing,have a nice day here,my friend.

Hey,friend, thank you for sharing.Just like you,i used to think of writing a scrip too,but i have so many things to do,so i gave it up.Now even if i have enough time, i am still not sure wether i will write one, perhaps tomorrow,or never.People change, and i have so many interests,so it is hard to say.
I believe you can make it one day, good luck.

I have not gone to a movie theatre for a long long time now. I can't even quite remember when was the last time. But, I do like watching movies on my home TV once in a while when I have the time.
I have a nice HDTV. That's almost like a screen in a theatre ! Ha ha ! That is just for the satisfaction !

I go to the movies about once a month. I usually go with my boyfriend, sometimes with my family or friends. I don't go when there is no good movie showing, though. I always want to make sure that a movie is worth the money that I'm paying.
