Wedding cake or wedding cupcakes?

I think the idea of cupcakes is different and maybe easier. You dont have to cut the cake for guests. Of course I would want a small cake for me and my husband to cut and feed to each other.

That's an interesting idea. It's probably easier and a lot cheaper than getting a whole wedding cake or even a smaller one for the two of you and a regular store bought cake for the guests.

Cupcakes are a different idea. We are going with a black and white 3 tiered cake with marbled cake on the inside. We want to be able to cut the cake and keep the top for our 1st anniversary.

Well I like this idea it is a good one because it would save you the time of having to stand and cut everyones cake and it will be easier to handle and they will be less mess and it would be easier for whom ever is making the cupcakes. I would have a small cake made to keep for the first year married I never got that luxury when I got married I didn't even have a party no reception nothing we got married went home he went to work I stayed home and cried..lol awful I know. So make your day special and how you want it. Don't let anyone talk yo out of the way you want your day if you want cupcakes then you should have cupcakes.

That sounds like a really good idea! Especially since a lot of wedding cakes are so dry.
