I feel you.... Which is what drove me to look for alternative methods that are safe and effective. I chanced upon the Slimray lipolaser system while shopping for other products at http://visol.com. It is a spot fat reduction machine that works with the body's natural fat burning mechaism to reduce the size of fat cells and giving the user a nicer "body contour". While i am guessing it would reduce body weight since we are losing body fat, weight is just a number as long as you look good and can fit into clothes of your desired size! Slimray sounds promising and the site has more information on the science behind it... should be helpful in helping you make an informed decision to get the body you desire. I have bought and used prodcuts from http://visol.com before and they please me tremendously! Results as claimed, if not better! :))) bonus is that Vital Solutions stands behind their products with moneyback guarantee and warranty.

well ,i think you should preseve in , i also diet to lose my weight without taking exercise ,then i found it had little effect, then i combine exercise with the diet ,it really works. and i think any methods of losing weight takes a long time before the effects are seen ,even the exercise +diet isn't so fast as well ,but don't worry ,you'll succeed finally if you just don't give up.
wish you success!!

Most effective way to loose some weight is to.........
Stay focused on your goal first of all........ Drink at least eight glasses of water per day. Exercise for a minimum of thirty minutes a day....... Don't skip meals but eat six to eight small meals per day. Cut back on eating break products... eat oatmeal for breakfast every day.....Never eat past seven o"clock in the evenings as the food that you take in past seven will surely turn to fat. So this mean don't give in to mid night munchies. Basically speaking you are going to have to give up all the junk foods and fattening foods that you love to eat and start thinking, lean and mean when you go out to grocery shop. Being careful to shop mostly on the outter ailse. Hummm, well I think that I've just about shared all of my good tips with you for a healthy lean sexy body. If you need further advice you can pm me and oh the next time I might have to start charging you for all of this good free advice, lols. Just playing with you Azaerus....I would never charge you a fee. Anyhow, take good care of yourself and remember to stay active, that is the most important thing. It's when we decide to get sedentary and act like couch potatoes that the weight will start to creep up on us......With loosing weight you've got to be mindful of what you are eating almost 24 hours a day believe it or not. But if you happen to mess up and fall off the wagon by eating a big bowl of your favorite food sometime. Just get back on the weight loss wagon the next day and remember to stay focused on your goal at all times. Wishing you all the best...........Remember, you can do it if you set your mind to it.

my way of losing weight is to get something to bu busy with! as long as you are so busy, you have no time to eat,and your energy will be comsupted by those things that you are concerned about! that is my way and it works!

Try to drink a lot of water. Don't skip meals. You will only make yourself starve for more food instead eat a light snack if your hungry.

I would love to know the answer to that question myself :)
Everyone says eat less, exercise more. I also exercise quite often and have a tendency to skip meals thinking that it will help me lose weight...however, all the "experts" say that you shoudln't skip meals...especially breakfast! Ofcourse I still do...Also, in terms of exercise, it depends what type you do....if you do the same type of exercise over and over and over again, then you body gets used to it and it no longer starts working the appropriate muscles...from what I hear, it's best to mix it up a bit - ie: do aerobics one week, strength trainign the next, exercise machine the week after..etc etc...ofcouse, who has time for all that! I wish there was a magic button to press that would help ppl lose wieght...

I heard that if you skip meals or starve yourself, your body holds onto the fat cells. Like it gets worried about when the next meal is coming, so the fat cells hold on for dear life. I have a little weight problem myself, but I'm pregnant right now, so It'll be a couple of months before I can try to lose weight. If dieting doesn't work for you, I definitely think exercise might help as the person above me suggested, I wouldn't recommend diet pills, they seem to have dangerous side effects.
For what it's worth, you don't look overweight to me :) good luck Azaerus!
