Waaah..here's the thing..diet doesn't work with me ..whenever I want to lose some weight I try to skip some meals or limit what I eat..but whatever I do I still don't lose some weight.. Exercising...yupyup been there I exercise...

starluna well ,i think you should preseve in , i also diet to lose my weight without taking exercise ,then i found it had little effect,then i combine exercise with the diet ,it really works. and i think any methods of losing weight takes a long time before the effects...

starluna i like to sit alone ,usually i sit in the front of the class as long as i can so i can concentrate on the class .i think the seats by the window is the best ,as you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and breeze come from the outside .
