How many hours do you sleep????

I don't take a noon time nap. As I have to work then...The night time sleep is very important to me...I sleep for 5 hours at most normally.How many hours do you sleep at night??Do you think it is enough for you??

Usually I sleep for 8 hours.I`m always going to bed at eleven o`clock and wake up at 7 am.Though it is cozy for me to sleep so long,I feel gulty that I have not do anything just lying in the bed.

I usually sleep at least 8 hours and alot of times I will even take a nap around 3:00. But, I do not take a nap every day. Like today I did not take a nap.

I usually sleep for 9 hours. And I was always jeered as a kid with that's bedtimes. I think your bedtimes is less, so try to sleep for 6-8 hours. FIGHT!!! SPIRIT!!.. I trust u can.. :)

I sleep for 8 hours a day. Generally i dont sleep in the day time as i will be at work. But many times, I sleep very late but still have to get up in the morning to go to office. but when I sleep for less than 6-7 hours, I feel very tired..

You may sleep upto any time.It won't matter if you sleep upto that time every day.But if it's not uniform, it may effect you badly.So, i think there's nothing on asking how much time you sleeps ......

Nowadays I am sleeping on the sofa at home and still I manage to get an eight hour sleep pecefully or atleast a six hour sleep peacefuly so that I can have a wonderful day the next morning. I know these sleep are more than enough for the time being because Sometimes I might sleep only for 4 hours because I am working at home. So whenever I get time to sleep I do not refuse.

My usual length of sleep is around 3-5 hours. When I have the chance, I'd nap during the day time when I have nothing to do. The nap will just be around some minutes. There are times, though, when I get depressed, I can sleep up to the entire day!

I usually try to sleep between 7 and 9 hours a night. However, I can't always sleep this many hours. I really try not to sleep less than 6 hours a day, as if I do, I find that I don't function with less than 6 hours of sleep a night. I suppose that it's just the way that my body functions and such.

EIght hours is still ideal but on most schooldays I get around five or six. Weekends allow me to maximize and I get around ten hours maximum. SOmetimes I get a chance to nap but it ends up ruining my sleeping schedule and I end up not being able to sleep that night.

Sleeping is good for health. I love sleeping a lot. I sleep almost 5 hours. Its same here too.And I think,it is not at all enough for me. I need to sleep more.Every morning I do get disturbed when the alarm in my cell phone started ringing.

I am a night person. That is why I always sleep late at night but I still need to wake up early. That is why every day I get just about 5 to 6 hours of sleep. I cannot take afternoon naps because of work. That is why I usually feel sleepy in the afternoon at work. I don't think I am getting enough sleep at all. My doctor told me that we should sleep at least 7 hours. But I just cannot sleep before midnight. I don't know why. Maybe it is because of old habits.

Wow, good question. There is not a definite time that how many time i sleep every day.But mostly,around 8 hours. I usually sleep about 7 hours at night,and have a nap in the afternoon. I think 5 hours is too tittle,it is not that health for us.friend,don't work too hard,you should take care of your health.Health is more important than everything. Do you think so? :) Have a nice time.

I typically sleep for 8 hours.But sometimes less than 8 hours.It's said sleeping more or less than 8 hours is unhealthy for us.I think 8 hours is enough.Well happy mylotting.

I sleep approximately 5-6 hours a night. Most of the time I don't think it's enough sleep. If I go to bed too early, I wake up all night off and on. Am better to stay awake as long as I can and then hit the sack. I think the average night is about 7-8 hours of sleep to remain rested the balance of the day. If I'm home and get sleepy during the day, I will take a brief nap.

Not counting my usual nap around 2pm, I sleep 9-10 hours a night. I have REM-defect Narcolepsy so my quality of sleep is horrible. It would not matter how long I slept, I would still feel tired.

I dont take naps myself. I think it ruins my nightly sleep. I usually sleep between 7-8 hours a night. I need to have my sleep. If I do not sleep enough I am just not up to par the following day. On weekends I try to sleep the same amount so that I dont waste away a whole day of sleeping. Sleep is necessary but an be overdone. I think 7-8 hour is a good emount of time to sleep.
