My friend bought a small bag of chips the other day. After she opened them up and ate a few she found a hair in the bag. No, it wasn't her hair either. She stopped eating the chips and threw the bag away. Would you have kept eating the chips or thrown them away too?

I would not have eaten anymore of them. She should have notified the company that made them. THAT'S DISGUSTING!!

PEOPLE WHO WORK IN PLACES THAT MAKE ANY KIND OF FOOD ARE SUPPOSE TO WEAR HAIRNETS & IF THE MEN HAVE HAIR ON THEIR FACE they are suppose to wear masks to. Somebody wasn't following the rules, as usual.

OMG. I definitely would have thrown that bag away! That is so disgusting and frightening to find a hair or anything else in the food that you are eating. I probably would have thrown up too. *yikes*

I would have kept the rest of the bag of chips and took them back to the store I got them from or called the company that makes the chips to let them know what happened. That way they will know what happened so that it doesn't happen again.

As much as I hate to waste, I couldn't eat them either. I would have wrote down the name of the company, the code and contacted them too...just so they would know how disappointed I was in their product.

If I was sure it was not mine, I would have called and complained to the company, and kept them. The company should have been made aware.

I would stop eating the bag of chips but I wont throw it away. I will make a complaint to the manufacturer of that chips and will show them the bag of chips as well. Thats an incident of poor food handling and quality control.

Hello Shar. I feel shy to say that I had the same case years back. It was a bottle of preserved tofu with a curly and thick hair in it. It was so disgusting and I wanted to vomit seeing it there. I threw away the whole bottle. Ever since then I have never bought another bottle of preserved tofu from the same company. I don't want it in my life any more.

What??!?!?! You mean you didn't ask for the hair and bar b que combination? I would have taken them back to where I got them and got a refund. Now I can never eat another bag of chips again.

Yes I would throw them away, I know there are a lot of unwanted things in our food
so I don't get upset unless I can identify them, then I'm through with it.

I wouldn't be comfortable to carry on eating it that's for sure. I might even have taken it down to where I bought it from and made a complaint. That's quite a serious lack of hygeine in terms of the manufacturing process and I'd be pretty unhappy. In short, I would have discarded the crisps too, just as your friend chose to do.

I would have thrown them away also. I would have contacted the manufacturer and filed a complaint also since they did pay for them and lost money and their food. It may not have done any good but I would have let them know about it.

Oh that makes me sick there is no way I would keep eating them, throw them away or take them back to the store where I bought them but sure they would just try to say I put it in there... No matter I certainly wouldn't eat anymore, I wouldn't be able to anyway because I would be sick.
