Everyday I am just sooooo stressed out. I will automaticlly go into to stressed out mode on my way to work everyday. I cant relax until the end of the day when I am home. All day my nerves are just rattled. How about you, do you feel stressed out all day?

stress is somethin u don't wanna do , eitherway if ur very fond of doing that job then stress & heavier feeling getz transformed into cherishable moments , through which u take out several inferences , for ur benefit . so tactic to do a stressfull job is to c the effect & benefit from that job. then it'll be a liitle goog.

I admit that there were times that I feel like I'm a worn out sack ready to be dumped in the garbage trash. Life sometimes suck for no reason at all. But with a positive attitude things could change in a minute. You just have to bear and grin.

Sounds like you need a vacation or maybe a different job. When things weren't good @ work for me I was utterly stressed out all the time when I was at work. I hope things improve for you soon!

I have been really stressed out too what I have been trying to say to myself stay calm and everything will work out for the best. This month I had a lot of high bills and bills always stress me out. I wish I could be more laid back about it and I got almost all of them paid which is good but those are big bills left too. I still owe on my electric and gas bill for this month. I will pay next week hopefully. Take care friend and happy mylotting to you as well.

Hi, I'm right there with you!! I can't pee without someone calling me!! The trick is to find a release for the stress/thoughts/frustration to go, or so I'm told!! I like tinkering on the internet but get moaned at by my husband!! So that then stress me out!! I could really rant on this one but I won't, sometimes things are better not put in the public arena!! Hope you find your "release" Mrsl x x

I agree. That's how I feel every day. I am still trying to find a way to make enough money to work from home. I have started making a bit more each month, but not enough to live off of. I have been depositing my online income into my savings account. Maybe I should take a vacation to ease the stress? Maybe you should too!

Yes i am a bit stressed because I'm sick and on top of that I'm having a lot of fights with my boyfriend and that is making me angry so on top of being a little out of it cuz im all stuffed up, and cold medicine, i have to deal with him being a butt....so I know how you feel, but when im not a walking carrier of sickness lol, i try to take deep breathes whenever i feel overwhelmed with stress and think of something that makes me happy,,,,on your way to work maybe try listening to (im sure youre gonna expect me to say inspirational tape ) but no im not that corny try listening to a cd track of a comedian, something that makes you laugh,,,,that always helps me

We all suffer from stress, especially when there is something we would rather not be doing and wanting to be home or somewhere else. When I trained as a therapist, on one of the seminars I attended I recognized that if I could focus my mind on the moment of here and now, all stress would leave my body and mind. All I became aware of was what was happening there and then at that very moment. I have since discovered and advise my clients that a short cut to this state of consciousness is through meditation on the breathing. Just finding time, if only 15 minutes a day, to sit and practice doing this - watching the breaths going in and out right down into the bottom of the abdomen. I know the lungs don't go down in to the abdomen, but visualization can make it feels like it does so. This results in deeper and slower breathing, bringing more oxygen into the system, and thus reducing stress through the nervous system. I have exact instructions on my website for anyone who is interesting in practising this form of meditation - http://ayrehypnotherapy.com/breathing - - Derek

I just started a new job and I do have to admit that it can be completely stressing because it takes a lot for me and my co-workers to do this job. We have to be on alert and eyes peeled at all times. Takes a lot emotionally, and mentally to do the job I am doing. When I feel stressed after a long day I will take a nice long hot bath to calm my nerves and soothe my aching body. It always helps me relax.

You are going to have to find th ekey to dealing with it or it will make you ill. have developed an irregular heart beat due to stress by my boss. I need to work for a fwew more years and he makes my life living hell. I now take calming breaths and pray. I cannot let him give me a heart attack. Only you can find the way to calm down but it has to be done.

You're thinking too much - about what needs to be done, what needs to be paid, the list goes on - and since there is so much stuff in your mind, your brain is starting to overheat, so to speak. Thus the stress. Why don't you try and write down everything that needs to be done, needs to be paid, etc.etc.etc. in the order in which they are due. Get gmail and utilize the calendar. You'll be more efficient that way - less stuff on your mind. For me - running has really taught how to take it one step at a time - one day at a time. Of course it helps that I'm a lil bit of an organized freak. =D Cheers!
