What does your spouse or partner do while you're doing your online stuff?
I just woke up a bit ago, and I do most of my online "work" first thing in the morning. I check my mail, respond to most notifications via e-mail, then I go about my PTC sites, and other type websites, etc etc. It could take me 5 minutes to do it all, or it could take a couple hours, depending on how much I feel like doing that day.
Well today is my husband's day off. Normally one of us ends up sleeping in on his days off, but today it didn't work out that way. He woke up 10 minutes after I did. He knows I like to be left alone so I can get my "work" done.
So when he sees me online and knows I don't want to be bothered, he goes and plays his video games. This also helps to keep the kids occupied, because they'll sit there and watch him play his games, and sometimes they get to play along too if they've been good and listening to their mother!
What happens in your house when you're busy with Mylot and other online sites?

Now is Sunday evening and my husband is sitting next to me, working on his laptop. He likes to make a computer program and that's exactly what he is doing now . We like to use our computers in the same time, because we can work while discussing about some things.
But sometimes he gets naughty and sends a message to my computer and says "Hi, may I know your name please??"

That's funny. We used to do that too, but in this house we don't have room for 2 computers, and we don't own a laptop yet. That's something I'd like to get him sometime this year.

Usually he'll be in the other room playing games on his laptop whilst either watching TV or listening to the radio (who says men cant multitask??) Once I get out of this seat, he'll be back here on the Friends Reunited forum or taking his turn in some online wargame/RPG.

I usually only do my stuff monday-saturday. Sunday is the only day my husband and I get to wake up together so we stay in bed till the kids drag us out. Then we make breakfast and find something to do for the day. Sometimes I work in the evenings and he will play with the kids to keep them out of my hair. The kids like to watch him play video games too lol. They will actually ask him to play just so they can watch him.

If we are both home at the same time, when I'm online he's usually online as well. He knows that I'm doing all of my sites and we will sometimes talk online through AIM so I can answer him when I get a chance. Or he will be watching sports or something like that.

whenever i am on the computer my husband is either watching tv or doing something with our car, tinkering. sometimes he tinkers with his projects too. my kids, either they watch tv or play computer. once in a while, my husband would ask me to let him use my computer because he has this online game he's playing all the time, it dont take much time though because it is played in real time, and whenever he upgrades buildings or buy soldiers it takes time, and then he would stop and i would continue with my online work.

Well since my boyfriend and I have our own computers, when I'm doing my stuff online, he is sometimes on his. If not, he will be playing with the kids. He does chores around the house too if something needs to be done. It all depends on his mood really. If he isn't feeling well, and he hasn't lately since both of us suffer from severe allergies, he will rest as much as possible.
