chickiepie I think that it's okay for a child up to 3 years old to be in a stroller. A child 4 and up whom can walk good distances and handle it shouldn't be in one.

chickiepie I should say so, yes. My boyfriend and I are behind on our rent currently as it is. It's ridiculous that our rent is so much really, $320 a month, but then again it is a three-bedroom house. Luckily though, we have understanding landlords, so that helps.
