Thanks for this detailed comment. Yes, you were one of the lucky ones. Seems no one else is having any luck. Did you have to recycle of the refs?

Sad to tell you....... This is quite impossible.
Honestly speaking, altough Neobux is an honest site, their referal renting service is sometimes called 'scam'.
Well, they are not tricking you in purpose. (They make sure that every referal they rent is active in the past 5 days.) But who can make sure that the user will do so in the future? In fact, most of them just make a turnaround at day 20 or so. Worst still, some even cannot make it.
That's why it is important to have a way to manage your referal by recycling the inactive one. For more details, check:

One point to add, you cannnot communicate with your referal in Neobux. In defult setting, even the name of rented referal is even not shown (a number like R1234567 is used to mark).

I don't think renting referrals will be a good decision to earn. Neither direct referrals. I am suspecting that Neobux is putting the 'referral earning' script OFF, purposely. Yesterday, a mylot member here said that 4 of his direct referrals have disappeared.
Really neobux is harassing many of its members by doing mysterious things. But most of the members are not aware of it. Still they call it 'genuine'. (Why? to win referrals? I don't understand)

@venkataraman_vc - Neobux cleans out inactive direct referrals on a regular basis so that is why your friend's ref count went down. Go to your direct referral activity page and you may see some are in red text. These will be deleted if they remain inactive.
I have got several hundred direct refs at Neobux but only 103 are active right now.

Me, I hate the idea of renting refs!!! You have no control over your earnings at all. Good thing with direct refs is you can contact them and find out what happened. I dont understand how members cannot be aware of things happening to THEM? I check my account at all sites daily and notice everything. Money, refs, points etc. If any sites are cheating their members, what good does it do to promote that site? Your refs will end up quitting anyway. I tell the truth about the sites, good or bad. Atleast my downline has the same info I do and take their own chances.

At least Neobux has the cheapest referral rental rates...all the rest charge about double. It is hard to tell if/when you get your money back because like other people responded here, someone may be active for a few days, then stop all together. I know I have rented for a month and over half the people stopped after about 7 days. Unless you actually know the person, you have no control over this. The best thing to do, is try to get people to swap referrals...for example, I sign up on one of your sites and you sign up on one of mine...something like that type of thing.

7 days? Thats not a good return on your investment. I didnt know other sites rent refs. This is all new to me.

i rented 10 referrals for 1 month , and after 1 month , i found that i lost money and don't gain at all , it's not worth renting referrals , that will be my first and also my last , i will not rent anymore referrals , this is just my opinion

WE all appreciate your opinion. Nothing like get the words directly from the horses mouth. That is why I started this post, to hear from mylotters who are actually renting from this site. I hate when others give THEIR opinion based on what someone else said. At least let us know you have no experience with the site.

Granted... I'm pretty new to the GPT scene... I have neobux on a list of sites to check out... I'm active on several different types of GPT sites... and I hever NEVER heard of "renting referals." If this is what it sounds like.. the concept is pretty stupid. What is it and how does it work?

Its exactly how it sounds and yes, when you stop to think about it, does sound kinda silly. You rent refs for a month for a set price. I dont know much about neobux because just joined but thats their whole thing on this site.

You can get direct refs are being a member for 30 days but renting is the only way on this site.

What a complete JIP!?! That's a nutty way to get refferals. Do they have referal links and banners so that you have "static" referals too or is this the only way you can get referals? If that's the only way... renting them.. it's not worth my time.

i never try to rent referrals before and i never want to try it... i just don't trust an online site enough no matter how reputable it is to invest my money in it... it is just not my style... anyway, i wish you all the best and hopefully your investment will get returned soon... i am curious to hear what other mylotters have to say about this matter... take care and have a nice day...

Man!!! It always seems that after paying for the referrals most of the bux sites not responding intime and somewhat like a scam in the system.. I have already tried with this site and i still not get the one back....

I'm a free member of neobux last month i rent referral for 30 days but all i can say is not good your renting amount is not enough to for the earning in 30 days to rent again in their referral

Did you atleast break even? I dont like where this whole post is going. There is one lucky guy so far who made money renting refs.
