I have had my share of printers and for some reason the majority of them were all HP's, and personally I did not like any of them. Too much unwanted software . . and useless support help on line. Forget calling the people over at HP because you will be in for a "loop" of a time. So once again a few months ago I was fed up with my HP so I went to Staples and there was this Brother all in one . .printer, scanner and fax machine that was on sale for a very attractive price. Much to my surprise when I got home within minutes I could actually use all 3 features. I highly recommend looking into whatever Brother machines are out there.
