??have you ever tried to love someone who is alreadt taken????

I have been in a similar situation. Both of us were very much committed. But because of certain issues we both have, we somehow felt that we need each other to be strong. At first, I though that t would be just a short-stint. That if ever he stops calling me up, then everything would just fade away. But then as days passed, I felt falling in love with him even more. So I tested him. I wanted to know if he was just putting up a show. But then, I realized that he was also in love with me. It took us two years before we separated ways. What's the use of being in the relationship when there is actually no future from the start, right? It was so painful coz I left him even if I still honestly love him.

this post really reminded me of somebody. years back, i fell so deeply in love with a person whom i really thought who was available. i fell for him more when i found out that he's already taken because i feel like i have to fight in order to win him. but i decided not to because the girl loves him very much. i love him although he lied to me that he was single, i love him although i ended up expecting for nothing, and i love him although people sees him not worth it maybe because he's the only person at that time who showed me what it feels like to become special..

Yes I have experienced this. But during this time, both of us were committed but both on the rocks with our current relationship. I won't call it pure love at that time, more of companionship. :)

I think that it is more just physical attraction than 'love'. To love someone you have to know him deeply, share feelings, joys, sadnesses, and meaningful things. Love develops over time and not in a week. You may be jealous of his girlfriend, but I guess you'd better invest your time in someone who really cares for you.
