what you do to maintain your beauty

I am a bit beauty conscious, but unfortunately creams and lotions are allergetic for my skin. I just take oil bath once or twice a week. That had helped me a lot. What you do to maintain beauty?

I never used any soap for my face I just rinse with cold tape water than apply Ponds cream,this really helps me to keep my skin free of pimple and black heads as I have a dry skin..
