jaisundar We need to do exercises a lot so that we sweat well enough to utilize the water intake. 8 glasses of water is more than enough for a normal worker. A hard worker may require more than 8 glasses of water.

jaisundar Its all in the game. We can't avoid any situations. As mylot can't be our main or full time job. We do it in our leisure time and also as there is no specific place so that we can spend there. Its waste of going to net center just for few minutes.

jaisundar I go to beach barefoot only. I don't feel comfort with slippers in sand especially. Also don't want my slippers to get wet as it difficult for me wear a wet slippers while returning.
