ClixSense: Are there any members of the US that have upgraded?

On clixsense they have an option of upgrading to a premium membership. With that, you receive more clicks each day. I was wondering, who here has upgraded? The clicks are different in each country, so I only want to hear from members of the US on this one.
Is it possible that when your account reaches 10 dollars, that you can use that money to buy the membership? Also, how many clicks do you get each day?
I'd love to hear from you if you have experience on this topic. And because so many people don't read posts on here anymore, and just reply with "I don't know, I am not a member of this site" or "I don't live in the united states, sorry," if I see any replies like that, I will make proper use of the + and - ratings. Just saying.
If you are not from the US or you are not on this site, but have RELEVANT information to share, I'd like to hear that too. But seriously, keep it relevant. I am sick of having 20 responses to a discussion, but not one that actually answers my question.

clixsense is a good program but still you will earn low amount of money. referring us referrals may give you good amount.

Did you read the post I made, at all? Or did you just read the title and type something with the world "clixsense" in it? You didn't answer one of the questions I have posted in the topic. I stated at the end, if you reply without answering my questions, I will mark you with a negative response. I'm sorry, but I asked a few questions, and not one of them was answered. This post isn't even relevant.
