How many travels did you do abroad?

Hi Tony, now I can no longer afford to go abroad-but when I was younger I went to Germany, Canada, then the USA and lived in the USA for a year at the time I loved it and would of been quite happy to live out there but for medical reasons they wouldn't allow me too. Then when I married I went to Kenya and married out there, it was a lovely place we went out there for 5yrs on the trot..it was like my second home, I loved the culture how happy they were even though so poor and how friendly, helpful they could be, obviously there were the beggars etc as in every country but I love Kenya and would if able to happily go and live there or somewhere near my friends whom also is quite a way out but it is lovely there too...LoLo

I love traveling...but I was only able to go outside my country once. But here in my country I travel several times in our own tourist destination.

I've never been out of the United States. I'm content traveling within our country. Am not one who likes to fly but will when it comes to visiting family out of state. I'll be flying to New Mexico sometime next month to visit our daughter's family. On the other hand, I really enjoy learning about other lifestyles and cultures but prefer to learn from home by reading discussions from other myLotters who are out of the US.

I have never got the chance to travel abroad. I hope to go to some places sometime later on though. I am trying to pay things off so my husband and I can take a vacation trip to some place nice some day also.

When I was 20, I traveled to Mexico with my father for vacation. * I am now 41, and travel abroad is probably not an option as my health has declined quite a bit. I depend on the Internet to find out about new things and new people.

I have been travelling regularly for over 50 years and have no idea how many countries I have visited. When I was working I was sometimes in 5 or 6 different countries within a week. Since I retired over 10 years ago I have continued to travel regularly and mainly in Asia. I am currently planning another Asian holiday for October and before that will have a week in Austria or Italy.

Yes, I like traveling to places I haven't been to , within my own country and abroad. I have travelled about 20 times to different regions of the world , very interesting countries, sceneries, histories, cultures, languages ! There are many more regions I haven't been to yet , and I look forward to the opportunities to visit those.

i havent done much traveling yet...i love to and i cant wait to do a lot...it does take a lot of money for something like that so i havent done it yet...
