Any ideas? I'm broke, I have no money to spend on anything for entertainment; the weather is not warm enough to the beach; I want to play badminton with my hubby but I don't have money to spend on getting new racket... What is your plan for this weekend? Can you share? Thank you very much!

I don't have any specific plan yet, but with the weather becoming nicer, I may go play golf. Haven't been to the golf course for a long time now. So, it's high time for golf !

this week i think there is no special activity, just hang out with my friend,go some place and have fun together and also get some girl too, hope we lucky,
but sometime it is all not just depend on money, the importing is you can enjoy what you do.there is so much fun that we can get although we don't have money, such as just take awlk and go to some place, watching dvd in home,go to friends house play some game in x-box,or just hanging around.there is so much thing that we can do although we don't have money,so i sugges you just be enjoy, cause whatever what you do,if you feel enjoy, you'll can get some fun from that.

I am not quite sure what's going on for us this weekend. I know if the weather permits we'll be mowing my mom's yard, but if we have any other odd jobs come up I'm sure we'll see if we can do those. Right now that's the way my fiance and I make money. Otherwise we'll probably watch one of our favorite cartoon series that my fiance watched growing up.

Saturday, my mother-in-law is going to come down and visit. We're hoping that she brings our nieces, her granddaughters, as we would like to see them, especially me. But my mother-in-law will at least come down, which should be fun. My hubby and i are always happy to see her.
On Sunday, if it's a nice day, we're hoping to maybe have a picnic with two of our closest friends. It's something that we would like to do. But again, it has to be a nice day, and such.

I swear I already responded to this discussion. But I can't see my response anywhere. I think I'm going crazy. .
I'm having a garage sale this weekend - in a lame attempt to raise some money for a vacation I want to have this summer. You could consider having a garage sale - you might even MAKE some money! Although be warned: it's a LOT of work!
You could go on a cleaning spree - a la "spring cleaning" (although it's closer to summer now, of course). You could tackle a "problem area" such as the attic or the garage; and go through your things and give some things you don't use away to charity. That's always a time-consuming event. Or you could also take on some kind of around-the-house project; painting (if you have the paint, already, of course), rearranging furniture, cleaning the oven, washing the windows, etc.
Otherwise you could plan on going on a picnic somewhere scenic! Or take a scenic drive, run, or hike at your local park, state park, trails, etc.
Otherwise you could just go rent some movies or books from the library and have a "movie" night this weekend. The library usually has some OK (albeit old & sometimes indie) movies.
In my area.. We have a lot of bars that boast of having "ladies night" - where ladies usually drink free. If you're into that, and have some girl friends you want to catch up with - that might be a good & cheap/free way to do so! Although you have to watch out for the creeper guys at the bars.
Good luck!

My plans for the weekend are working and cleaning! Sounds like fun, huh? Im just counting down until I dont have to work the weekends anymore. Only 3 more weekends! Then I plan on spending more time at the local parks going for walks. And using my zoo membership as much as possible!
Hope your weekend turns out to be fun!

Then you could use your old racket so you could still play badminton with your husband. :)
As for me, I do have lots of things to accomplish this weekend. I will visit my dentist for the adjustment of my brace. Then If the weather will permit, I will bring my son to the park so he could play around. I will also try to bake a cake which I am dying to accomplish. And last but not the least, I will post and post and post here in mylot. :)

Well, i have to work on Saturday like i always do. On Sunday, i would go running in the early morning. Then i will either go shoping with my gf or have a walk in the park in downtown. That's really hot weather now, maybe we just stay at home. There are so many options, hard to make a decision right now, lol. happy posting, and have a good weekend, mylotters.

This weekend I'm going to get my driving license in driving school. It really took me a lot of time to get a driveing license. I can drive a car now! How fantastic! In a few months, I'd like to buy a car. Then i can drive to my parents' house at weekends. Also I can take my baby and my husband to anywhere easily. After getting the license, I will stay at home and look after my daughter. She's only sixteen months.
