unicorn4154 i think it was your daily diets...same as me, i now bold and before i one of boldman,i always use branded shampoo everydays,,maybe the shampoo that you use not really suitable for you. perhaps you should see an expert.

unicorn4154 i try lingua phone..buy a briefcase full with cassette and start hear, write it down and talk just like in the cassette.if you do it everydays im sure you can speak in spain in a few month..
