You might be able to pull it off, if you can find some legit sites that pays you really good. But you might need to do a lot of work constantly a day. You have to sign up with multiple websites in order to earn that much money on hand. Good luck! I don't think that I can earn that much in a month.

Start doing some good research and try whatever fits you the most because here you'll have good and bad reviews af any money making scheme there is, so, it would be better if you find out for yourself over the internet for starters.

I think the best way to earn money online is through affiliate marketing. Promote other people's products and earn commissions out of the sale you produce. Take note, I say this is the best way but I did not say it is the easiest way.
