I was using Bebo for quite awhile there and I found it helped to keep in contact with family living overseas. So from that point of view, Social Networks is a good addition to the Internet. Moreso because you only need a browser to access it and keep in touch, so it helps when you don't have a computer at home or you're using someone else's computer. It's a tricky thing regarding "communication", overall, it does help people whom are willing to keep in contact with friends, and those whom are establishing a network of friends. I know my niece uses Bebo to keep in touch with her many Anime friends, so for her it is a good thing.

Sometimes it's good to be able to have some kind of connection with people you don't talk to all the time. It's convenient for me, I have a myspace....and I like to be able to say whatsup to someone that I haven't seen for a while.

I would say I dont like social networking but I am part of mylot therefore I guess I do haha. I dont like facebook, bebo etc. I just think they are a waste of my time to be honest. Yes they are good fgor people that can get enjoyment out of them but not for people like me Im afraid. I like mylot because I can help people with problems and get paid for it!!

i don't like social network. because the only social network to spend time alone.
