Today is our 21st wedding anniversary and it honestly feels like it happened yesterday. I can close my eyes and remember how I lost my breath when I saw the man I loved staring at me. The way my legs shook and feeling like I was going to hit the ground.
Together we have managed to raise 5 children, with minimum disagreements. Encountered different financial difficulties and did not kill one another.
I think I can honestly count on one hand how many real arguments we have had.
When I look at him I realize that I love him more today than the day I married him, never thought that was possible. We have truly become each others other half. He can start a sentence and I could finish it. I can be thinking of something and he will say it. It is just so amazing how love really works.
For those of you who are married I wish you all the happiness and love that we have for one another. Just remember when things get tough lean on one another your chances of falling is much less.

Wow...
It amazes me how love works for others. Had my heart broken too many times, loved a few chosen ones, who in the end turned out to be wrong ones. And for a while, I stopped believing in love. However, I still cry in weddings, and still is a sucker for love stories. Maybe because, I started to accept, that life for me should only consist of me and my son.
Congratulations to you, and may you have many more happy and healthy years together. I am not an expert to relationships, and I dopn't see any reason why I should leave a special message for you and your husband, since you are way ahead of me when it comes to experience... but allow me to share this from my little experiences... always, always accept the little things and be thankful of them. One day, more than all the grand things you'll have of each other, the little gesture counts more...

My two oldest are from a previous relationship which was horrible. My hubby has been a dad to both of those boys since the oldest was 3, he is the dad that they know and love. My children are 26,23,21,18 and turning 9. We have 3 boys and two girls. Trust me when I tell you that have put us through many things in life but we all stuck together as a family unit and made it through the crisis. In my home there is no such thing as a STEP anything we are our family.

If only people gave it a chance like we have to realize how wonderful it could be! Marriage is an art in progress and once you start to put down the brushes you lose your focus.
