Yes, of course! I'm definitely a morning person. I'll wake up as early as possible. 4:00 AM usually. I'm a student and only early morning study helps me. I'll wake up by 4, practice Yoga and then go on with my work. Even during holidays (as now), I'll wake up at-least by 5. Even if I don't have ant work, I feel happy only when I wake up earls. During holidays, if I don't have any work, I'll start working in my PC as soon as I wake up.

Girl you are so responsible. My dad would love you. Your on time, sticking to a schedule, you go girl! I am also an early riser. I go right to the computer. To my email. I am out of work right now so I am trying to stay on a schedule so I wont have to worry about it when I get back to work. I wake up between 4-5 a.m. I take the dogs out. I go and get coffee with my man and my neighbor. I then come back and wake my daughter for school. When she leaves I am on the computer until I get tired or have an appointment. Then I sleep or go out. Back to the dogs another walk. blah blah blah. Same the every day. I am so predictable. At least you are working towards something. I am trying to maintain. Happy Excercising! dl

Yes. I love the morning hours. I have not been much of a morning person in quite some time now though because my husband and I work nights and we are so tired in the mornings. I prefer to work days but it is not possible right now.

I just left a job that was night hours. At first I Likes it. After a while it takes its toll. Where I am from if you work overnight, your supposed to get get paid a differencial pay. I wasnt so I had to leave. Come to find out the owner was a scam artist and liked to take advantage of his employees. I am now unemployed. I broke my own rule of dont quit until you have another job. I am sooo glad I did. Make sure you check into the nighttime differencial in your area. You may be entitled to a little more money. Good luck and get some rest. dl

I am both a morning and a night person. I wake up at 4am in the morning then i go to bed the earliest at 1am or sometimes even later. I am not used to getting out of bed late, even when i am sick or something. I really wake up at the same time then just go back to sleep during the day when i am done with my chores on weekends. During weekdays i make sure that i get a 15min nap during my break, then i feel energized again.

I am the same way I wake up between 4-5 a.m. and I usually go back to bed for a nap in the afternoon. I would necessarily call it a nap. I would call it bed and I wake up at 7-8 for the night. Stay up till 2-3 then get up for the day at 4. Its a crazy schedule. It works for me. I do enjoy my alone time at night when every one is sleeping. Thanks for sharing your schedule. I dont feel so bad... Happy MyLotting dl

I am not a morning person. I wake up at like 1 pm. Then I eat breakfast and eat lunch a few hours later. It's probably because I sleep very late.

I know people like yourself. If I sleep till the afternoon I would feel as if I lost the day. I think I am a morning person because It is my alone time. If I was to wake up late in the day, I would get no alone time. I love to sleep. It looks like you do too. I used to think it was bad. Now I dont care what it is I just love it. Happy Nappy dl

Oh yes, I am definitely a morning person too. In fact I don't sleep very long hours about 6 is my maximum and sometimes it is a lot less. I am usually awakening around 4:30 and get up around 5 to begin my meditation. I am then awake and busy for the rest of the day and bed time is usually around 11pm. It hasn't always been like this though. When I was around 16 years old, I never really wanted to get up in the morning. I used to have to then though because my Dad who slept little, was always shouting for me to get up. - Derek

I am a night owl, however it does not work that well when my husband is an early bird and we have 4 kids that I take care of. I tend to stay up late to have my time but then I pay for it in the morning when everyone wakes up early and I have to also. I find that when I do wake up early in the morning I do get really tired by 10:00 or 11:00 pm those nights. If I had my way though and did not have to responsible for anyone or get up for a job or what not I think I would get up around 10:00 am or 11:00 am and go to sleep around 2:00 or 2:30 am. That would definitely be my ideal. Oh well, one can dream... Have a great day and happy myLotting!!!

I am also a morning person. Usually I wake up at around 5:30am even when I do not have any work. As I wake up, I usually sit around and treat myself to a warm cup of coffee. My wife wakes up at around 6am. But she does not drink coffee that much. My child usually wakes up at 6 also. If he has no class, then he stays in bed up until 7 to 8 am.

I'm definitely not a morning person, but I wake up early each day coz of work. If there's no work then I wake up at 11am, used to be later than that but my body clock has somehow changed. lol. I can't sleep too late anymore, maybe coz I got used to sleeping at 11:30 p.m. at most, each night coz of work. I just realized, sometimes I wake up as early as 8:30a.m even if there's no work, then my tummy realizes that I'm awake, so it starts to get hungry. So I really have no choice but to get my butt off my bed and eat something. But each time this happens though, I go back to bed about an hour or 2 after I have breakfast.....

I am a morning person. I go to sleep by 9pm - 10pm tops. I am awake no later than 6am every morning, even on weekends. My wife is the night owl. But it is ok with me. It is quiet time for both of us in the evening for her and in the morning for me.

I'm a morning person too. I get up around 3-6 am to play computer, because internet is fast and there are no one else around to disturb me. So I could play games/do something else many hours without someone breaking me for doing that. Sometimes I just stay late at night to do that instead of sleep early and wake up in the morning. But I think that to wake up in the morning is better for the health. And also if I stay late at night, I might ended up go to sleep in the morning, which is really bad. So I think that what I do now is okay for me.

I too am a morning person. It is six o'clock for me. I am 50+. I find hardly anyone in my family who gets up that early. Most younger people set a great score by how much they sleep. They believe they have to catch up whenever they are forced to wake up earlier than 8 am. Then there is the issue of sleeping endlessly on weekends for all the sleep 'deprivation' during the working days. I feel they are missing out on some wonerful things in life. I avoid expressing my feelings on this matter as I get either defiant stares or indulgent giggles.

I was never a morning person. I feel sluggish during the morning hours and I hate to get out of bed early. I like to stay up late and wake up late. I don't fancy myself getting up before the sun is high up in the sky. Not me.

I am a morning person, too. I rise up at around 4 am, bend on my knees to thank and praise God for a new day's lease on life. Then I proceed to the kitchen to prepare breakfast for my two girls. We have to leave at around 5:30 for the university. I retire at around 7:30 in the evening. I listen to the news or watch the first half of some old movies on DVD. I usually doze off to deep slumber before the movie is over. The Harry Potter series is a sure shot sleeping pill. But I love the story anyway.

It depends on what I am upto these days. If I work on something upto say 2am or 3am then I wake up around 9am. But I would love to get up early morning. I feel, it gives you more time and you feel fresh and right on track!
