My favorite song is "Down In The Tube Station at Midnight" since you are only asking for one. There are a lot. While my favorite singer is Paul Weller of the Jam and The Style Council. His voice is so diverse wherein it can be so deep and high without irritating tone. He can also sing good jazz, punk and mod. He's also a superb songwriter. The choice of lyrics is just so witty. Weller is top class.
