how many tattoos do you have?

I have 2. The first one didn't hurt at all, so I had no qualms about going for number two. The second one was a bit more uncomfortable, but it was lot bigger and took a lot longer. I suppose where you get it contributes to the pain. There are some places on the body that hurt more when you get a tattoo.

I am sorry to say, I hate tatoos. I don't have one and I will never get one. I believe we should think a lot before making a permanent mark in our body. My policy is not to have permanent marks in mind and body. In India, people get tatoos on their body as a part of their religions belief. For example, if you have a big disease, you pray to god that if you come out of that you will make a tatoo of holy cross of Jesus on your hand. The same with other religions also. Also, in India tatoos are made from extract of certain leaves, so it will always be in green or greenish black. I have never heard about having tatoos using injections in India. I think it is crazy to suffer such a pain for tatoos. I am scared of injections too.

I have no tattoos and I think I would never have a one .. I'm 24 now and am a doctor ,, I think people will judge me badly regarding it .. although I wished to have one when I was younger ,, but here in Jordan it was hard to have a nice tattoo all were strange and bad .. have a good time Britt

i am always dream of having a tatoo on my neck,but it will be a dream for ever,because my girl ever told me if I had one,she will cut the meat where the tatoo is off my body.:)

Hi There I have 3 myself. My first I got when I was 18. It hurt but not to bad I got it on my thigh. I watched a movie to keep myself distracted at the parlor lol. I got my second one when I was 23. Its a large butterfly tramp stamp lol. Thats what the boys call it anyhow lol. It hust like crazy and took 4 hours. Alot of blending. It kept making my leg spasm. I didn't think I'd get another after it. But last year my best friend and I decided we wanted to do something to celebrate being best friends for 15 years. So we got matching ones on our neck. It hurt but not as bad as my back. I plan to get 2 more in the future. After 3 kids the pain really isnt as bad lol. I know with age they may not be as pretty as they are now. But I will always have the memories. Which mean more to me. Wanted to share the pics with you but I can't figure out to add them here. I have three. One on the side of my left calf and one on the right side of my head; both of these are just personal symbols that no one would get. The third is on my right bicep--it's a black and white piece from a 1919 silent film, "The Cabinet of Dr, Caligari." I plan on adding to this (a, Expressionistic cityscape that goes over my shoulder) one when I get a little saved. From what I've heard it's supposed to hurt the closer it comes to the bone, but the one on my head hurt the least of the three, so I don't know if that's true. I can say that they don't hurt less the more that you get. It think it just depends on where it is. The one on my arm hurt most the closer it got to the sides (toward underneath). Same with the one on my leg.

yesterday I had two. today, 3. had another one today, as they had a bit of time after my mans appointment (having a full sleeve, but started feeling a bit dizzy in the heat after several hours, so they had time to fit me in before the next customer. even though they're booked up for the rest of the year) so Yay! I love tattoos.

I have 5 tattoos and only one of them hurt me and that was the 4th one as I had it done on the bottom of my back. A tattoo only really hurts depending on where you get it as the ones on my arms, the one on my shoulder and the one on my leg didn't hurt much at all. I have designed 3 more tattoos that I want to get, one of which I'm booking next week, and one of them is going to cover the whole bottom half of my left leg. I love getting tattoos as I have designed them all and they all mean something personal to me.

I have three tattoos, two of them are almost 20 years old, the other around 8 years old. It is an art form, and if you find a great artist you're proud to wear their work on your skin. Sadly the artist that did two of the three has passed away, so I cant get any more work done from him. if I can find anyone with as much talent I would certainly get more.
