IsThatLatin No, I didn't like her because she was/is a blithering idiot. She is, however, proving she is incapable of doing even her gubernatorial job. Thank goodness McCain didn't win, or else we'd probably be short a VP because she's have gotten a little stressed out...

IsThatLatin I seriously doubt that his pastor will do anything to help him understand what atheism actually is, and will likely do his best to scare the crap out of him in order to keep him in the church.

IsThatLatin No one should be forced to go to church. As a matter of fact, I don't think any children should be taken to church at all until they're old enough to evaluate what they're getting into and choose for themselves. Good luck to your cousin.

IsThatLatin The last book I read was Jon Krakauer's 'Under the Banner of Heaven,' which traces Mormon history in relation to a more modern case of delusion and murder. It's very well researched, very interesting, and incredibly well structured.
