I think that any fruit a pregnant woman eats will benefit both her and her baby. I have heard that bananas are particularly good as they are high in potassium. I am thinking that red grapes are also likely to be really nutritious during pregnancy as they are rich in antioxidants.

I suggest fruits that are rich in fiber and juices. It will really help your wife and twins wash away the toxics from their body. It will also help them to have a smooth and good circulation and bowel movement.

Since she is pregnant with twins I would recommend that she eat fruits high in folic acid as this is very good for the babies and helps them form correctly without spinal/muscular/nervous system issues... of course you really can't go wrong with any fruit.... bananas, nectarines, apples, etc... but she should also try to eat lots of veggies... lots of salad greens and sweet peppers and cucumbers... good stuff.... good luck with your new babies!!!

Any fruits I think are good for a pregnant woman. My mom is pregnant too, and we always keep a lot of fruit in the house. Things like apples, bananas, plums, and even mangos and strawberries are good! There's also watermelon, cantaloupe, blueberries, etc etc. There isn't really a 'right' fruit, any fruit is good! So just have your future wife eat her favorite fruits, and always have them ready. Congrats, by the way! :)
