Have you ever wondered about this question? Who are you? Where did you come from? And where is you? You may look in the mirror and see you five foot body or of any size. Then the question is that is that you? Is the body you? If you are your body, then where is you in your body who is feeling, seeing, sensing everything. Is that your brain, that is you? Is that your heart that is you? Just where are you hiding? In one way we are all unique and alone. You can never sit in place of any other and see, feel, sense exactly what the other person is getting? You are totally alone in this case. Have you wondered to find yourself in your life or do you feel its worthless?

I've wondered about it all my life. I've also asked the question, when do we become 'us'? Do we suddenly wake up one morning in childhood and think I'm me! Science doesn't seem to be able to answer this question and even though they may know that memories etc are stored in the brain and are made by electrical signals passing through certain pathways, it doesn't know what makes us, us or why we are even aware of our existence. I don't see life as worthless. I view it a bit like a young child going to school. Although parents try to explain why we have to go, we're too young to understand and sometimes the lessons make no sense till much later in life. Perhaps the only time we will understand is after we die.

Often, it's general question for everyone who's living now. Daily life make us forget it. If you search the questoion, I bet, it's no end to think about all. Once human being exist, the question is brought along with it.

I agree with you betshyu, it is our daily life that had led us to forget about this thing. People have no time to think who actually they are and true spirituality is lost... Thanks for your response...Happy mylotting...

Good question! We are what we think, and we all have enormous value; none of us is worthless. The body isn't much more than a vessel where the mind gets to hang out. We're all here for a reason, though I doubt that anyone can know what that is.

Hello Cobrateacher!!! This question really keeps me wondering. Finding oneself means understanding the true spirituality. And I agree totally with you response. There is no doubt that every life has the enormous value, that doesn't necessarily need to be a human being. This term "you" exist for every living creature. Every creature has its source or the observer that is feeling, observing everything. One who understands this thing can never be bad to others, this is where the true spirituality comes in... Thanks for your response...Happy mylotting...
