Whether there is a need to buy a car?

I'm 28 years old,married,worked for six years ,have purchased an apartment house,existing deposits 10,000 ,next year, want a child ,but now i want to buy a private car ,but the economic pressure may be relatively large,it is i don't kown how to choose?

for modern life, car is needed. we cant take public transport everyday expecially with family. maybe its a burden but if you can manage your moneys life, you'll have the advantage. i cant deny that taking cab much cheaper than buying a car, but for me car is one of five important things to me..
