Well I am not halfway through the Wii Active 30 day challenge. I missed two excerise days because my daughter broke her arm, but other than that I have been right on track. I think the workouts are a lot of fun and I am not getting quite as exhausted afterwards so I guess they are working. I have gained (yes I said gained) 5 pounds in two weeks (I assume it is muscle because my pants keep falling off). My chest has gone from a 40 to a 36, my waist has gone from a 40 to a 36 and my thighs have gone from a 27 to a 24. It is working!!!!!!!!!!!! Has anyone tried it?

I am halfway through the 30 day challenge, and I found that I gained weight as well. Only about 2 pounds, but I noticed that my legs and arms are much more toned since I first started. The daily workouts offer a good variety of activities too! Have you tried creating your own custom workouts? You can target certain body parts you want to tone up outside of the challenge.

Actually I have created custom workouts but they are all sports, I set up a baseball, a basketball, a volleyball, a roller skating-tennis. I do those workouts on my off days to keep in the rythm. I really think it is great!

I just finished my first 30-day challenge yesterday and I'm very happy with the results. The first 2 weeks I gained 3 pounds but now that I've finished I've lost those 3 pounds plus another 2. So in total I've lost 5 pounds, toned up tremendously and my midsection is noticeably flatter. I'm very impressed and will be starting my next 30-day challenge in September.

I am only a week through it and the workouts are getting easier which means I am getting more fit.

I haven't tried it, but I really want to. Do you enjoy it? I want to try it because the idea of going to a gym after I get out of work doesn't appeal to me at all. Plus in the comfort of my own home, I can wear what I want and don't have to worry about anyone making comments about my weight.
