I prefer clams sincerely... To prepare shellfishes, in my opinion, you must remain on easy recipe, only just a little of tomato, a lot of hot pepper and expect that they open their shell in a cooker with a cap...

I also love mussels, oyster and clams. You can cook them like fritter first chop them add onions, garlic, pepper, eggs and flour. Its up to you what shape do you want to form to fry. We cook them also like stem we add ginger, garlic, onions and put some leaves on it like chili or malunggay leaves.

I love mussels, too. You can bake them with a little of butter, garlic and cheese (or anything you think will go with it). It's wonderful. Whenever I go out, I try to look for baked mussels. You can also stew them. In a casserole, put some water just to cover the mussels, then add salt, ginger, onion and any leaves of your choice. I usually use chili leaves.

I love it too but sometimes others complain next day especially if they eat it in the evening. I like it being in a seafood spaghetti. Put in fire and when it opens it is already fine for me. I love it too with soup and leaves. Chili leaves yes that is perfect with ginger. You do not have to put so much salt if you put soup because it has a natural water and it has natural salt. Any kind of cook of mussels are great to my taste. I am not choosy in this seafood.
