Chasing cars...who does it remind you of?

This is one of the most beautiful songs in my collection, it reminds me of all those precious moments with a certain special person, where I just want to stop time and only exist in that moment. My favourite place to listen to it is on a walk that I enjoy through woodland..Who does it remind you of, and do you have a special place that you associate with it?

HOnestly, I heard it once on Grey's Anatomy and every time I have heard ti since then I think about Grey's...... I do like the song bu for some reason I just always think of Grey's when I hear it.
