what do you prefer tasty food or healthy food?

Can you explain why some people don't eat what they want, they always think the bad side of the food rather than the enjoyment they get when they eat what they really want? why should you punish yourself on the things that you can enjoy while your alive? Eating moderately can give you enjoyment and happiness while leaving great pleasures in life make you feel regretful when you reach the old aged, enjoy things while you are young but in moderate acts.....have a happy life!

i always go for food that i like the taste of instead of healthy food. I generally enjoy eating food and i agree that you should punish yourself on food.

personally i prefer eating both. why cant healthy food be tasty. Here i cook vegetables, and it is tasty, i put salt in it, while others think salt is unhealthy, i consider it not... i dont like to eat foods that dont have taste at all. if im making salad, i put mayonnaise in it, not too much and not too few, its got to have taste, not just leafy tastes... lol...
i dont understand people also that thinks meat is unhealthy, and all the other foods, when it is made for us to be consumed... i eat all fish, meat, vegetables...
i would prefer natural foods, organic...
yes i agree with you, eating moderately is what should one do. but we can never really do anything about those people that deprived themselves of not eating some of the foods they want...

They trying to kill themselves that's why they always think that when they eat good food they make themselve unhealthy or make them fat. i always count on a saying that live your life to the fullest, but you have to suffer on the consequences at least you make your life worth it rather than regretful. have nice day! ^_^

There are healthy and unhealthy foods. The problem is that we are programed from the time we are kids that he healthy food really doesn't taste that good and the unhealthy foods tastes better. How many times have you been told as a kid to eat your peas or broccoli because it's good for you and that ice cream or cake really isn't good for you. So we equate bad foods as tasting better than the healthy food. We can make very healthy food taste better with herbs and spices which are also good for us. I do like to eat my potato chips though and try to keep them moderate most of the time. I'm sure that you have heard that saying from the commercials" Lays potato chips you can't eat just one." it is so true.

i strongly believe that all food is healthy. only that it needs to be eaten in moderation. People tend to Over Do It. all food groups are acceptable. only people with some kind of health issue should cut back and eat "healthier" foods. but healthy is what you like and makes you enjoy life. Just remember, that food will always be there, u can eat it everyday if you'de like. Just portion your self correctly!

I agree. I also think there are a lot of great recipes you can find online, how to cook yummy things in a new and healthy way. Most of the time they taste pretty similar!
