Isn't there an honest way to earn Ten dollors a day working from home?

On the internet you come across thousands of ads and sites suggesting to make you a millioneer in so few days, or thousands of dollors per day/ month and some such things. You are lured to regiser on these sites with a catchy "FREE". You go on spending your precious time in opening your emails and go on clciking madly for months, till you come to know that your pay out is only after giving away Upgradation fees. Some are engaged in taking surveys or post adds, while others sending marketting mails, making fools of themseleves and everyone around.
I feel this as all humbug leading you nowhere. Its true that some are making money at the cost of others. But I feel its like a mad cycle. There are referrals and uplines and downlines, recruting more fools, who sometimes get paid, but more often ending in a big scam.
However, from ecnomics point of view, these activities do not add a single penny to the GDP in terms of production or sevices to improve the human lives. Though they keep a few idle minds engaged or day-dreaming!
Isn't there an honest way to earn a few dollors, say a modest amount like 10/ 20 dollors a day for a 3-4 hours' leisurly work, say of data entry, typing for eBooks etc.? I am not interested in transcription jobs, they take a toll on our resources ( to understand and learn foreign accent, burdens your ears too)! Can any body suggest a site offerring this simple expectation?

anukul, I would suggest doing surveys to earn $10 plus per day in combination with other paid-to sites that you enjoy but take little time to do. No matter what you choose to do, there is work involved. If a claim seems too good to be true, it usually is. Income leveraging is always a good option to increase your earnings. Building a strong downline is always profitable. Like any investment, diversification is key to secure earnings.
I would set up a seperate email account for surveys and other paid-to ventures you enjoy and work that account like a job. Network to get info and ideas on how to build and gow your own business. There is lots of help available to you; use it and work hard and I think you will find working online is richly rewarding. My best to you in your endeavors.

there are no easy ways to make money online if there was everybody would be doing it,
saying that I also hate all these make a million in a day what a load of tosh lol, again if it was that easy everyone would be a millionaire lol,
theres a lot of ways to make a extra bit of cash online but to be honest I would prefer to make a residual income thats grows every week month year than make one off payments if you under stand what I mean, especially if its a few dollars here and there.
I have been in mlm for about 5 years and this is my only income, I also agree that some sites make money off the unsuspecting thats one of the reasons I got into mlm as unless the person underneath me makes money then I dont so its in my own interest to get my downline making money for them-selves, I also do agree that there are a lot of scam sites out there but there are also a lot of legit sites too.
I have been involved in mlm (multi level marketing) for as I say for about 5 years and get people joining the sites I use, only to give up 2 weeks later and call it a scam
(in other words they want the money without the effort).
Though on the flip side of this I also have people who have joined the site's who are earning a full time income and that is where I concentrate my help the do er's not the talkers.
So yeah nothing is free on the internet you either pay for it financially or with your time but making online is an investment of either one of those or sometimes both, but people seem to not grasp the concept that you have to dedicate and work hard to earn online money, not have it given to them on a plate.

There is no such thing as like that on the internet. 10-20 dollars a day is a big pay but if you have a blog and you have plenty of opportunities to write on your blog then you can earn it. But if what you mean is all about data entry jobs, then all of the offer by that companies in the internet are all scams! you better be careful for that.

I don't think there is an easy legit way to earn money online. There is no such thing I guess because to earn online you still need to work for it. However, if you are looking for jobs online there are a lot of sites that you can try like ODesk, Scriptlance or GetaFreelance. These sites have some openings but to be a candidate you need to apply to these openings. For scriptlance and getafreelance you need to bid for a project. It is not a guarantee that you will land the job but if you do, you can expect to be paid and they will not scam you.

I haven't explored much of the earning potential in the internet. But in my research, I came across Odesk. I am not sure how much you can earn but there are a lot of jobs that you can choose from depending on your skills. Goodluck!

If you are interested in writing, you can make well over $10/day. I have had the most success with eHow.com. There are many others, such as Helium and Associated Content, but I haven't made near the money with those options as I have with eHow. To make money, you just need to write quality how-to articles on nearly any subject. The site is a revenue sharing program, but they are very generous with the sharing!! It's very important that you not only register as a member, but also sign-up for the writer's compensation program (both are free) Before submitting articles!!
Good Luck!!

I tried signing up for eHow and they actually accepted me but then they told me that I had to be in the US! I am in Canada. I don't know why they even let me state that I was in another country, accept me, just to turn around and say that I couldn't participate after all. What a waste of time that was. Do you know of any other sites like eHow that will accept non-US citizens?

I am not yet earning ten dollars a day but I'm earning ten dollars weekly and hopefully by next year I will be earning a hundred bucks weekly. But it's not free to join. You have to invest some money and you don't need to recruit in order to earn. You don't need to be the first to earn more. You could be the last and still could earn more than those who got in before you. You only have to work on the site for ten minutes a day. Do I have a proof of my earnings? No I don't have yet because I'm compounding my earnings until I get enough to earn me a hundred weekly.

There are many ways of earning a living online. For instance, if you are a good writer, you can easily earn a hundred dollars a day online. There are a number of online companies that pay their writers well. On the other hand, if you are keen on setting up your own online business and you know how to market your products, you can definitely earn money to keep yourself and your family comfortable.

there really is noe asy way to earn money online. you have to invest, either money, time or resources, to be able to get a steady source of income, may it be 10 to 100 dollars a day. for example, you can earn money online by doing paid blogging, but before you could get accepted to paid blogging sites, you have to build and develop a decent blog first. you blog must have a good rank, traffic, etc. before it could get approved by any of these paid blogging sites.it's hard but once you're there, money will just come pouring in. hard work and patience pay, my friend.

I am a mother with the same question. I would pretty much be willing to do anything save the inappropriate to earn a few hundred a month. I have tried all survey sights and blogging, posting, writing, just about everything for a few hours a day and here is the verdict I am still in denial about: It can't be done.
I don't want to work, especially since the umbilical cord is so firmly attached, but it is just not plausible.

Hi...I'm a newbie here...I can say a little something about this...
Currently, I own 3 Blogger blogs;2 of which are enrolled in 2 of the top pay-per-post sites...in just one of those pay-per-post sites, I can write a 100-200 word blog post about a certain product or service for a fee of $5 to $20...

to simply put it, it is not plausible but still probable because sites give money such as treasure trooper whereby someone told me he earned 57$ from surveys but it is very area dependent. On the other hand, there are problems such as time usage. You have to stick to what you are doing in order to get the money such as awsurveys or similar ones. You can get money, but there is no easy way
