Do You Even Pay Attention To TV Commercials Anymore?

This is a really good discussion and I know that television is really important when it comes to everyday life because it is a good way to pass the time when you are extremely bored,or when you have nothing to do like on those extremely cold,and rainy days where you do not want to leave the house for anything,and I know that there are probably people who watch television a lot,and they can not live without it,and then I am sure there are people who either do not like television,or they do not watch it a lot because they might have a busy work schedule,or they might be busy doing things around the house,like cooking or cleaning,or taking care of the kids if they have any,and I am sure that some people will watch the commercials, while other people probably just tune them out,I have to say that the commercials are quite annoying and it seems like television is nothing but commercials anymore and I remember I used to watch the commercials because they seemed kind of interesting,but now I am sick of them,so most of the time I will either mute the television,or go and do something in another room while the commercials are on,because they are nothing but junk,have a great day,good luck with your life,and all of your mylotting goals,and Happy Posting.

The funny ones usually catches my eye - like those E-trade babies. They're so funny!! And also Jack in the Box - because they're a series. So you end up getting hooked, of course I'm talking about when Jack got ran over by a bus. That was funny. Those ones usually catch my eye - otherwise, I get bored in the middle of the show or a game, so I play games with my cellphone or get up and get some snacks. Do something else in between commercials. Though I must say the Super Bowl has the most interesting commercials! For those ones, I usually stay and see who has the MOST interesting. Though some of them were a tad bit boring (last year's super bowl). Except those babies from E-trade.Hahahahaha

MMH mormally i don't have much attetion to commercials in tv..so in many cass yes theyare not so interesting or considered a wating of time but you know they spend much money to rotate this and so it is normal tv want them so much!! So if time for commercials will be less i think it can be worth ..but i guess this is quite impossible that tv will reduce it in the future!!

As little as possible. Once in a while one intrudes on my consciousness because it's really obnoxious.

I do a lot of things during the commercials and none of them include watching them. But they are one reason I don't go to movies anymore, I'd rather watch them on TV so I can have the commercial brakes.

i usually ignore comercials but i actaully pay attention to some comercials that interest me like movie trailers and such

It has to be something pretty good in one of those commercials before I'll pay any attention to it. Recently Wendys started selling Coffee Toffee Twisted Frosties, and that advertizement made us wake up and take notice. We have a Wendy's just up the street, so it didn't take us too long to find our way up there and taste one. They're absolutely delicious.

I would have to say that I usually do not pay much attention to the television commercials anymore either. Alot of them are dumb anyway. I do not watch much tv these days either. I only watch the funny commercials.

yeah exactly they are but in some cases they are not. lke in some commercials they will tell u or show u to buy which is cheaper and good at that place u like to buy thse thing i would say 85 % of them are not good and other are.........are not bad...

I don't often pay attention to the TV commercials. Usually I will take advantage of the commercial break to go to toilet or do something else. I love China

I like some adverts they are funny especially the one where the man travels through the tube paying for his shopping with a credit card.I cannot think of any others at tme moment.

If I'm still sitting down while the commercials come on I seem to completely blank them out. I don't do it on purpose, but it's very handy! Occasionally I tune in if there is good music, but that is very rare, so commercials are completely wasted on me.

If the commercial, gets my attention, and i can laugh at that commercial, i will watch and if the commercial that i watch it first time, and if not get my attention i just not watch it.

It's getting really bad with commercials. The commercials are longer then the shows anymore.

I pay attention to some commericals. I love the ones that get my attention! Examples the Bud Clydesales,Kobe Bryant and LeBron James puppet commericals for Nike some of Ford and Toyota truck commericals! If they aren't funny and interesting I don't pay attention to many commericals!
