I think the parents could be share about the task of managing kids.changing nappies or accompany them to playing or bath to them are many things which daddy can do to helping out of mother tasks. Many daddy think that it's not their duties.Their responsibility just to work.I think, as long the father can do it,why not? it's not wrong. What do you think guest?

I think it is dependent on the work the parents have.Nowadays, many couples have different jobs.Maybe the job father has is easy,so it is his turn to take care of baby. But if his work is very busy while mother's is easy.I think it will be the mother' duty.actually, both of them is busy in working, especially in big city, how can they choose to take care of kids in this situation? In China they will pick up kid's grandmother or grandfather. But if they not have grandpa or grandma, what shoule they choose?I feel puzzled. Is it wise to mother or father resign his work to look after a baby?

Hai.I think the father must find other way to take care their kids eventhough they busy on their work.If they can't give quantity time, they give quality time.I think,it's not wrong when mother have to resign from her work for kids future. For me,money can't buy time together. It's time priceless to educate the kids, pay attention to see how their growth.Don't be suprised to see the kids when they teenage it's difficult to obey their parents because actually, they have no inner/heart bond with parents.

I disagree. Taking care of the kids is a shared responsibility. Both parents should be there for their children particularly during the growing up years. The mindset that the father's responsibility is only to provide for the needs of the family is already obsolete. Nowadays more and more fathers play an active part in child-rearing. Consequently, children who grow up with both parents around tend to develop positive personality. BTW, advanced Happy Fathers' Day to all the fathers out there, your day is very fast approaching.

Fortunately for me, my husband never felt this way. When our youngest (my fisrt)was born, he took 2 weeks off of work to stay home and help me. Then, even after he went back to work, he would still help with the changing, bathing, and feeding (when she wasn't nursing) of our baby. He would take her and play with her so that I could have a break when I needed...usually for me to take a hot bath or something like that.
I feel that it is the responsibility of both parents to care for their little ones. It wasn't just the mom who made the baby. The dad had his fun in helping out, so why shouldn't he help with the raising of?
