doryvien I run 1 mile at least 3x a week to bring my weight down. I've gained a lot since the holidays and I know I have to do something about it. I run and do brisk walking alternately. Yeah ,I believe running is a good way to keep you fit.

doryvien Hi Kath, Having hair cut every month is, I think, expensive. I heard thick hair is difficult to manage. Maybe you should invest in some treatments that will make your hair more manageable so that you don't need to cut it every month.
