I need to be on treadmill later

To hasten my weight loss I would need to do some exercise. At least I have been able to manage my diet or food intake. I don't eat fried foods or oily food. I don't eat rice or any carbohydrates. So I am doing well on my diet. So I just had to focus on how to motivate myself on getting more physically by doing daily exercise. But what I want is to enjoy doing exercise so I won't find it hard to exercise. Although I do think I should use the treadmill moderately as jogging too much can hurt the joints on my knees specially I'm heavy. So I would need to do other light exercise.

Hopefully I would. I'm just cleaning the house. When I'm done cleaning i would try to use the treadmill.

Hi Hotsummer,
Wow, that's quite a feat, being able to control yourself to follow a good weight loss diet. I've been planning to go on a diet myself since the start of the year but I've been putting it off, always finding an alibi not to do it. I'm planning to invest on a treadmill coz I know this is a healthy way to shed off weight. Like you, I need to do some physical activity and stepping on a treadmill is definitely a good way to go.

Good luck on your quest for weight loss! Seems to me that you have everything well-planned and you seemed very well known on the steps that you must do to lose weight. Keep it up, and I wouldn't be surprised if I soon here a good update on your goal.
