Do you like to travel when its raining?

I normally dont care too much if its raining or sunny outside when im traveling. I found it difficult to drive in the rain from my home in nc, to VA, though, because people tend to drive a lot worse when its raining, and lately if im driving in the rain, i get really tired, and a 5 hour drive when youre tired just isnt any fun at all. So if im not traveling too far, then the rains okay, but if its one of those gonna take more than 4 hour trips, its not so great.

I prefer to travel when the weather is dry but sometimes it is fine to travel when it is raining. That is if I am already on a train or bus and it it stops raining before I arrive at my destination. If I am walking to or from a train or bus station in the rain I don't like seeing my luggage get wet. Sometimes my clothing is inside plastic bags at the bottom of my backpack. My current backpack has a rain cover so that is excellent.

I hate rain in all conditions. Now it´s raining here (we are nearing winter) and I feel like a prisoner of my house. The poor dog is asleep in a safe place outside, it´s cold and wet. Rain is not for me, traveling or not traveling

hi rakesh284 i also love traveling a lot.....i enjoy traveling very much...but yes i certainly agree with your opinion that traveling in rain becomes worse when we have some baggage or any king of luggage....other wise i enjoy traveling in rain.....whenever i travel i rain i just pray to god that it should rain when i am on the move....like when i am in bus, train or car....but when i am walking with some baggage it should rain....it becomes very difficult to travel at that time......

No I don't. We went to the beach once in Texas and it ended up raining the whole weekend. It was also hot and humid. We had a hotel right on the coast and could see the water. I was hoping to take some pictures of the sunrise and/or sunset and couldn't because it was too cloudy.

But I adore travelling by train when it is raining Rakhesh. Only thing is it would be ideal if it stops raining the moment I get down on the platform.Otherwise it would be very troublesome because my clothes would get wet and with 6 yards of saree to dry it is a big nuisance.

I avoid travelling when there are heavy rains. I travel overseas on my business trips some times, but again I prefer not to during the rainy seasons in the regions I have to travel too.

i like traveling a lot but not with raining weather. its very troublesome and wasting my time just for waiting the rain stop. some of the scenery will become not nice after raining

oh i hate it...i don't think anyone would love to travel when it's raining. It's such a hassle. I don't like carrying umbrellas too. There's just no way to enjoy anything outside when it's raining. I feel lazy and sleepy whenever it rains and would rather stay in but it's such a bummer if i was supposed to be outside taking pictures.

yeah.Agree with you. I have this kind of aweful experience too. I have to hold the umbrella and pull the laggage.And that is a small place have no taxi.I have to take all the stuff ,walk to the bus station ,very hard. No more.

I know excatly what you mean. I love to travel in a skirt because of the bathroom mess for ladies. well whenit rains my leg get wet and that just feel gross. I also hate how the rain can cause thing to move slower.

Well, I like travelling, but not when its raining. I hate muddy land, and make my shoes dirty. I also have to bring umbrella when its raining...
